SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGOUS UNITED STATES and APO locations
Please contact us to request a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.

Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only and usually ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified via email or phone. Please note: UPS and Fedex do not deliver to APO’s, FPO’s and PO Boxes. We do deliver to APOs and FPOs but at this time we do not offer PO Box Delivery.

Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at 1-877-9-HANGER (1-877-942-6437). However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.

Arrival Times

Expeditied Shipping
Best Steamers will ship all orders UPS or FedEx Ground Service. If you are interested in an expedited service such as Overnight or UPS or FedEx Day Air, please feel free to contact one of Customer Care Associates at 1-877-9-HANGER (1-877-942-6437) or email us at customercare@besthangers.com. Please note a rush charge may apply.

UPS Domestic Ground Shipping
Shipment normally arrives five to seven (5-7) business days after your order has left our distribution center (weekends excluded), provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All standard UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.

UPS/FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes.

Change of Delivery Addresses.
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at 1-877-9-HANGER (1-877-942-6437). However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Sales Tax
